Who we are
Jenny Bouchier-Hayes: Jenny has always believed that leadership is as much about connection and curiosity as it is about strategy. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, leadership development, and project management, she has built a career helping leaders and organizations grow in ways that are meaningful and sustainable.
Her professional journey began in higher education, where she quickly found her passion for designing programs that unlock human potential. At DeVry University, she served as the head of Strategic Growth, partnering with sales teams and senior executives to launch new program offerings and bring innovative learning experiences to life. Later, she joined Harvard Business Impact, where she currently serves as Engagement Manager, leading blended leadership development programs for Fortune 500 companies. In this role, Jenny oversees every step of the process—from strategy and design to program delivery—ensuring that each experience is engaging, impactful, and aligned to business outcomes.
Jenny’s work is grounded in both rigor and empathy. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, where she graduated with distinction, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Dartmouth. These credentials fuel her ability to deliver results on time and within budget, but what sets her apart is her ability to build strong relationships, navigate complexity with ease, and bring the human side of leadership to life.
In addition to her corporate work, Jenny is the co-founder of The Reflection Institute, where she creates retreats and experiences designed to spark joy, connection, and meaningful reflection. She runs operations, co-designs and facilitates content, and leads outreach and business development. Her side venture, P.O.P. Crepes, is a celebration of her love for food and hospitality—a place where she explores how sharing a meal can open space for deeper conversation and growth.
Jenny also finds purpose in giving back to her community. She mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through the Naperville North Business Incubator program, tends to the vegetable garden at her children’s elementary school, and has served on boards and committees for organizations like Inside Out Club DuPage, Project Help, Junior Achievement, and the Naperville Exchange Club. Her belief that “small actions can create big ripples” shows up everywhere—from her work designing leadership programs to her commitment to empowering kids with character and curiosity.
When she’s not leading programs or running a retreat, you’ll likely find Jenny cooking for friends, experimenting with new recipes, or hosting gatherings that bring people together. A competitive rower in her earlier years with the Commercial National Irish Rowing Club (where her team won 11 national women’s novice competitions), she still draws on that sense of teamwork and discipline in her personal and professional life.
Jenny lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and two children, ages 13 and 10, who continue to be her greatest teachers in creativity, resilience, and finding joy in the small moments.
